Who are Blue Sky Inventories?
Blue Sky provide independent inventory, check-in, check-out and management inspection services to letting agents, property management companies, relocation agents, corporate and holiday lets, private landlords and tenants throughout the East Midlands. All types of property can be assessed from small 1 bed flats to large 6 bed houses, furnished or unfurnished.

Blue Sky is a member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and adheres to their strict code of practice and guidance. All Blue Sky reports are bound by the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and AIICs code of practice and are insured with a full Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
