Cleanliness & Management Inspection Reports
Blue Sky can provide interim management and / or cleanliness inspections
of a property during a tenancy. All appointments will be confirmed
in writing to tenants.
Interim cleanliness / management reports provide:
- An appraisal of the general cleanliness of the property.
- An assessment of any significant damages / breakages to the properties décor and / or furnishings.
- Assurance of compliance with any terms and conditions within the Tenancy Agreement.
If urgent action is required as a result of the inspection
the instructing principal will be notified at that stage. A hard copy
and an electronic copy via email will then be sent to the instructing
principal within 2 working days of the appointment.
