Residential Sales & Lettings EPCs
A valid EPC is a legal requirement for all residential sales and lettings properties before they are sold or let which provides important guidance to the energy efficiency of the property.
In addition to the legal requirement from 1st April 2018 all new rental properties must have a valid EPC with a minimum rating E. From 1st April 2020 this will apply to all rentals, including any existing tenancies. Therefore tenants and buyers are becoming more aware as to how efficient properties are and how this can have an impact not only on the environment but also on their finances.
EPCs are valid for 10 years and you may already have one for your property. However, any improvement since the previous EPC could enhance the report and make the property more of a attractive proposition.

Inventories, Check In, Check Out, Mid-Term
Detail is everything. Our inventories and respective Check In and Check Out reports are extremely detailed and backed up by a large quantity of photographic evidence.
All our reports are produced from a 3rd party, impartial viewpoint and give a clear and accurate observational description of the property and it's contents. They serve to protect all parties involved and allow peace of mind for both landlord and tenant alike.
We consciously take the time to explain our reports and findings with all parties to ensure they are fair and understood by everyone.
RICS Compliant, Clear, Accurate Floorplans
Floorplans have been a key marketing tool for many years now but it still amazes us how inaccurate some plans are, meaning they are either drawn incorrectly in the first place or not checked before being published. All our plans are RICS compliant, double checked on site and proof read before being sent to our clients.
We can bespoke the floorplan design to suit your requirements to incorporate your branding, logo, colour scheme or develop 3D plans.
